Sculpture suspended in space, the VELA collection tells a story with its planetary spheres and eclipse evoking discs. Named for the Vela constellation, the spherically formed luminaires use the Rakumba Typography rail system as the axis of an orbital space. Distinctive discs can both frame or obscure the decorative arrangement of spheres, creating an interplay of light and shadow.

The seven unique fittings within the collection can be positioned anywhere along or around the Typography rails. In turn, the rails can be combined in vertical or horizontal orientations; creating pieces of quiet simplicity, or incredible grandeur.
